With a Purchase of a Year Supply of ContactsWith the purchase of a Year Supply of Contacts, Eyewear Concepts offers:
Contact Lens Replacement and Exchange – Contact lens replacement and exchange on an individual basis. This does not include specialty contact lenses. Exchanges applicable within 6 months of exam.
Sunglasses Savings – Receive a $50.00 savings on non-prescription sunglasses with the purchase of a year supply of contact lenses if purchased within 14 days of purchase of contact lenses. Receive an additional 10% savings if sunglasses purchased on the same day as contact lenses.
Eyewear Savings – Receive 10% savings on prescription eye wear within 14 days of purchase of a year supply of contact lenses. Not valid with other discounts.

Current Contact Rebates
RebatesMail in rebates are only valid with an in-office annual or semi-annual supply purchase of prescription contact lenses. Most rebates are only valid within 90 days of contact lenses fitting exam and must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase date. Rebates are paid in the form of a Visa prepaid credit card.
